With SmartEntertainments, the client receives:

• Initial consulting and full device setup for proper operation.
• Image and sound optimization tailored to each device and the room or space conditions.
• Remote troubleshooting for technical issues such as audio desynchronization, blocked apps, slowness, connectivity problems, or device incompatibilities.
• Device integration, e.g., connecting a soundbar to a TV, integrating a console with a projector and audio system, or syncing multiple devices for simultaneous use.
• Training and practical guides so the client can take advantage of advanced features, such as image calibration, surround sound modes, or gaming performance settings.

Service Structure

Plan Duration:
Clients can choose service for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, allowing flexibility for short-term needs or continuous preventive and corrective support.

Coverage by Number of Devices: 1, 2 or 3 Devices.

Express Support (ON/OFF):

• ON: Priority attention within 30 minutes, available 24/7, ideal for uninterrupted movie nights, live streams, or online gaming sessions.

OFF: Standard support during regular hours, with a 2–6 hour response time.
